Hello my name is Stephen Beale.
I’m here because I am passionate about helping anyone working in a 9-5 job to take control of their health, improve their quality of life and get back to feeling full of energy and vitality.
I am also here to help you if you have aches and pains caused by too much time working and sitting at a computer or desk.
I know first-hand how it is to feel like you have zero free time and that the ill effects of your work are affecting your ability to carry out daily tasks and spend time with the people who matter the most in your life.
Also, the dreaded feeling of being chained to your desk due to deadlines and office conventions which limit your freedom to work in the ways which most benefit your health.
That is why I have made this site to help you to find time for health and wellness at the office, be pain-free at your desk and make you more productive at work and more fun at home.
A while back I was feeling stressed about my lack of activity at work, along with mild pain in my neck, wrist and lower back. This was because I was starting to spend more time working in an office and had started a part-time Masters degree on top.
I would come home from sitting in the office to then having to spend more time at the computer in the evening to stay on top of my studies.
Often it felt like I would be concentrating more on avoiding problems from too much sitting and time at a computer than my work and so I decided to figure out ways to feel better.
While looking for these solutions, I have had problems like we all do: urgent deadlines, studying for a part-time Masters degree and having little idea as to what was really causing me to feel so bad.
Now, I am far more in control of my health and wellness at work, and almost completely pain-free thanks to some simple tools and techniques that I use on an almost daily basis.
And now I want to help you to get the same results.
